About 2 years ago, I developed a severe eye disease. At first, I thought I needed a stronger prescription for my glasses. Shortly after, I learned that this illness normally leads to total blindness. As time goes on, I am losing my eye sight.
Despite this, Hashem, in his great mercy, sent me my bashert and I will be getting married. My kallah knew of this situation all along and happily agreed to marry me.
My parents want me to be happy and experience joy at my wedding, but they have no money to help me, not even to pay for clothing!
I turn to you, my dear brothers and sisters, to please have mercy on me and my righteous kallah- who took upon herself a difficult task- to be married to a blind man.
