My name is Giti, a mother of three small children, expecting with Hashem's help another child soon.
Both my husband and I grew up with many hardships, but Baruch Hashem, we built a beautiful family together.
My husband struggles with his health, and I, too, have been unwell. For years, we worked hard to make sure the rent was paid, and the children never lacked food. But now, because of our health, we have fallen behind. We have not paid rent for two months, and the landlord has threatened to cut off our electricity. At home, things are very tight — sometimes down to the last piece of bread!
This is the first time I have reached out for help. My husband is under great pressure, unable to sleep, and I am very afraid of getting evicted. I only want to get through these days with peace and joy for my children.
With Hashem’s help, this will be temporary. After the birth I hope to return to work, support my family again, and bli neder help others in need.
It is not easy for me to ask, but I HAVE NO choice. Please help us keep a roof over our heads and food on the table.
Whoever has mercy on others, Hashem will have mercy on them. May you be blessed with health, joy, and a good and sweet year.
With heartfelt thanks,
Giti
